SACS always strives to make a single, well-considered decision rather than multiple calls. Although we anticipated very cold temperatures, we had hoped the two-hour delay, combined with overnight plowing efforts and the benefit of daylight, would result in safer road conditions and a modest improvement overall. Unfortunately, road and weather conditions remain a concern.
