NO SCHOOL Memorial Day -May 27
School will be closed Monday, May 29th in observance of Memorial Day. 

6th & 7th Grade Awards Programs -May28
The awards programs for 6th & 7th grade students will be held on Tuesday, May 28th in the Cafetorium. These programs are primarily for our students, but parents are welcome to attend. Parents wishing to do so should park in the south lot and enter through Door #1.

* 7th Grade Awards presented at 9:45am

Teachers will distribute academic awards to the top 10% of students. All are encouraged to ‘dress their best’ on this day.
 
8th Grade Celebrations -May 29
The 8th Grade Celebration Day will begin on Wednesday, May 29th with a student breakfast provided by the PTC. A class picture will then be taken for display at Summit and will be available for purchase by parents.

The 8th Grade Celebration Ceremony will begin at 1:25pm, and we encourage all students to ‘dress their best.’ Parent attendance is encouraged! Park in the south lot (not along the driveway curb nor in the grass), and enter through Door #9 beginning at 12:40pm.

Due to construction, overflow parking for the 8th grade celebration will be in the Homestead High School Student Lot. High school students are dismissed at 11:11 a.m. that day and ample spots will be available. For your safety, we ask that you use the crosswalk to safely cross Homestead Road.
