Martin Luther King, Jr. Essay Contest

Mrs. Stock’s 8th Grade Honors Language Arts Students wrote essays for the Indiana Association of Principals annual Martin Luther King, Jr. essay contest. This year’s essay focused on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s quote, “We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope.” The contest allows each participating school to enter up to five essays to the state contest. The essays were read and voted on by peers and the Summit Middle School Language Arts Department. We are excited to congratulate the following students as our Summit Middle School Martin Luther King, Jr. Essay Finalists.
