Mr. Moore and Mr. Laycock challenged students in 8^th Grade Tech classes to build solar-powered hog dog cookers. The unit included learning how hot dogs are made, learning about principles of solar power, and then students working in teams to build solar cookers hoping to win by having the cooker that reached the highest temperature.
