Visitor & Volunteer Policies

SACS safety regulations require that all visitors and volunteers be scheduled 24 hours in advance through their school office. All visitors and volunteers must first pass a background check which can take up to 5 business days to process (see link below). Visitors and volunteers will not be permitted beyond the school office unless their name appears on the scheduled list of visitors.

Additionally, any volunteer who will have ongoing, direct contact with students must also participate in SACS's bullying awareness and prevention training (see link below).

We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause and hope that you understand that our intention is to provide the safest possible environment for students and staff.
