Summer Training

Combined Summit/Woodside runs will be held several times a week over the summer. In addition, Coach Gaff (The Girls XC Coach at Summit) has put together a running program for athletes to follow as they prep for the upcoming season. This program is attached below in the green text that reads 'Running Program'. This running program can be used for athletes to train on their own, or they can come to summer running practices if they wish. 

Summer Running Will begin June 3rd and continue up until school starts. We will have two running schedules to offer the 
flexibility to families. You may choose to run morning, evenings, or both!
Morning Practices will be on Mondays and Wednesdays 8am-9am at the Homestead Track
Evening Practices will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm-6pm at Van Hoozen Park
Note: Summer Running is not mandatory but strongly required. You will be behind if you do not run during the summer! The first mandatory day of practice is the first day of school (August 12th).

You must have physical forms & yellow card turned in before you can attend practice!!!
