Student Assistance Program (S.A.P)

Summit Middle School counselors facilitate voluntary student support groups through our Student Assistance Program (S.A.P.) during the school day. S.A.P. groups may change from year to year based on need and student interest. Available groups may include the following: Concerned Persons, Family, Grief, Peer Relationships, and Self-Esteem. S.A.P. groups begin in October on a rotating schedule during the school day. A student may self-refer or a parent/school adult may refer a student. All S.A.P. groups are facilitated by at least one SMS counselor.

Please contact Ms. Julia Miller if you have any questions regarding Summit's S.A.P.
