Natural Helpers Program

The Natural Helpers program is a national peer-helping program at SMS. Each December, a survey is completed by students to identify both peers and adults at SMS who are already "natural helpers." These are people others trust and turn to when seeking support or experiencing a problem. Those identified are given the opportunity for training in a retreat-like setting and on-going training to enhance their natural helping skills.

Please contact Ms. Julia Miller if you have any questions regarding Summit's Natural Helpers program.
