Homestead Student Learning Alliance (SLA) Tutoring

Summit Middle School and Homestead High School's Student Learning Alliance (S.L.A.) are proud to announce a collaborative effort to offer FREE tutoring to any interested Summit Middle School student. S.L.A. is a group of Homestead High School students who have agreed to donate their time and effort to conduct FREE after school tutoring sessions at Summit Middle School each Monday beginning September 11, 2017.

Any interested student must complete a one-time permission form and return it to Summit Middle School's Main Office prior to the next tutoring session. Participating students need to report to the Media Center by 2:27PM and begin working until S.L.A. tutors arrive. Tutoring ends at 3:30PM; all students will need to be picked up promptly at 3:15 P.M.

The required permission form is available on  in both the Summit Main Office and Guidance Office or can be downloaded here: SLA Tutoring Permission 2017.pdf
